Low Slope / Flat Roofing

Low slope / flat roofs are very tricky to maintain. When you have a leak on your flat roof it is very hard to determine where the water is coming in. That is why we almost always recommend replacing a leaking flat roof. Do not trust roofers who say that they can repair your flat roof. A bucket of muck is not a solution!

Type of low slope / Flat roofs we install:

  1. SBS Mule Hide System

    Self-adhering to ply system is perfect for small residential application on roofs with little pitch. It is clean and safe to install.

  2. Cold Glue Down System

    For bigger residential projects it is recommended for roofs where water stays for a longer period of time.

  3. EPDM System

    Single Ply membrane for big roofing projects requires installing insulation underneath. Very durable and water resistant.

  4. TPO System

    for large commercial project very strong and tear resistant Seams are heat welded
